Geraldine began her journey in 1988 at the Zen Shiatsu Centre, Sydney as a Shiatsu practitioner, Macrobiotic and Wholefood Counsellor and Yoga teacher. She qualified in 1989 with a Diploma in Zen Shiatsu and Yoga Therapy. Her interest in balancing and healing the body on all levels has led to three successful practices in Sydney, Dublin and now Hobart.
Geraldine continued her postgraduate education by attending the Upledger Institutes satellites in the UK, Ireland, USA and Australia, learning about the gentle but powerful touch of CranioSacral Therapy (CST).
She is a Diplomate Certified CranioSacral Therapist and is a teaching assistant for The Upledger Institute since 1999.
She runs the Upledger CST study group in Hobart. She has also run The Introduction to CranioSacral Therapy one day course in Hobart and Melbourne.
She is passionate about supporting a healthy, holistic approach to life and assisting her clients to reach their full potential.
Geraldine now lives and has a private practice in Hobart Tasmania. Outside the clinic she enjoys exploring the Tasmanian wilderness with her husband and daughter. She also holds a First Class Honours Bachelor of Design from The National College of Art in Dublin (NCAD).

Arwen began her journey in the health sector studying psychology at the University of Tasmania. She completed a Bachelor of Arts with an Honours research project on Mindfulness-based Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (MiCBT).
As an artist, Arwen has long been interested in using the arts towards healing. She completed four years of training (including a Masters) in Creative Arts Therapy at the Melbourne Institute of Experiential and Creative Arts Therapy (MIECAT). Arwen has a particular interest in using the arts and play therapies with children and adults who have experienced trauma. Her work background as a therapist/counsellor include roles at the Sexual Assault Support Service (SASS), Carers Tasmania, Anglicare, at a Victorian psychiatric rehabilitation service (IEMHSA) as well as in private practice.
Arwen is registered with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and often works with special needs clients, such as young people on the autism spectrum, using play and arts therapy.
In recent years, Arwen’s interest in the impact of emotions and trauma on the body lead her to ongoing study in CranioSacral Therapy (CST), SomatoEmotional Release (SER), as well as therapeutic massage. Arwen treats people experiencing a range of conditions and is qualified to treat in her special interest area of children, babies and pregnancy. Her approach is gentle, empathic, individualized and holistic.
Arwen is also an Independent Consultant with Arbonne. She loves helping people with their wellness needs, including skin care, makeup and nutrition, using these premium vegan, cruelty-free, safe and beneficial products.
When not working therapeutically, Arwen is a photographer. She loves visiting amazing places around about the world and is passionate about using her images of nature for conservation purposes. Arwen also enjoys mothering her precious little boy.

Yutaka holds a Bachelors Degree in International Communication as well as Diploma of Remedial Massage and has completed further postgraduate training in CranioSacral Therapy (CST with The Upledger Institute). Yutaka has a practice at The Massage Centre in Hobart since 2012. He offers Massage and CranioSacral Therapy (CST) and combines both when requested.
Yutaka has a passion for CST that has developed from seeing the profound benefits in his clients and its holistic approach to treating pain and dysfunction. In December 2016, Yutaka gained techniques level certification (CST-T) through the Upledger Institute Australia. Yutaka is continuing on to advanced CST training and supporting other practitioners through his role as a Teacher Assistant at the Upledger Institute.
Outside of his clinic, Yutaka enjoys practicing Judo. He holds a black belt and won the bronze medal in the National Championship Australia 2012. Yutaka is a father of two beautiful children.
